About the Owner
Angelina Valesco has been practicing yoga for 14 years and has been a certified instructor for 7 years.  Angelina's Vinyasa practice has an emphasis on finding strength by holding the poses.  She offers many modifications for students and provides many verbal cues so that everyone can get the most out of each class.  Angelina's Pilates classes are high-energy and focuses on building core strength.  Her Gentle Yoga classes are the perfect fit for seniors.

When Angelina first began her journey towards fitness, she took a Yoga class and it changed her life.  After practicing as a student for several years, Angelina went through the certification process to become a Yoga Teacher and a Pilates Instructor.  Leaving the corporate world behind, Angelina opened Blissful Energy Yoga Center in 2006.

Working with others on their journey to fitness has become her full-time passion.  She offers private consultations and sessions for those who prefer individual attention.   Offering support for others on their journey toward fitness, Angelina also does weight loss coaching.  With her unique blend of personal experience and professional training, she is the perfect motivator for your weight loss journey.  Just like Brett Hoebel on Biggest Loser, Angelina is a Beachbody Coach so she can help more people win their weight loss journey and find their way to fitness.

Angelina is also a motivational speaker and published author and has covered topics such as:  Yoga for Arthritis, Managing Stress and Anxiety through Yoga, and My Weight Loss and Fitness Journey.  Angelina enjoys cycling, hiking, and running when she's not at the studio.

Annabelle Valesco

Annabelle Valesco is our friendly face when you walk into the studio.  She has been practicing yoga for two years and loves to teach kids yoga.  She will be getting her yoga certification soon and has been working as a teacher's assistant for several classes.  Currently, she is our front desk receptionist and would love to answer your questions if you call the studio.

If she isn't working at the studio, she is running her "Annie the Nanny" business and spending time with her boyfriend.

Sarah Cornelius

Sarah is the newest member to our team. Her love for Yoga inspired her to become a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2011. She enjoys sharing the physical and mental strength that yoga can bring to a practice, as well as everyday life. Sarah is studying Vinyasa flow yoga and works towards building strength to work on new and challenging poses in her classes.

Sarah is a talented photographer and loves working in her balcony garden. With her eclectic taste in music, she might have Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nickel Creek, or a AC/DC on her playlist. If she isn't teaching or having fun and eating fabulous food with friends, you might catch taking a Yoga or Pilates class at the studio.

LaToya Patrice

LaToya Patrice started attending Zumba with a few girlfriends a couple of years ago. Immediately falling in love with the music and the ability to “dance” with others, she knew she was on to something.  Seeing how everyone had fun while they burned calories and sweated, she decided Zumba was the answer to staying in shape.  After the birth of her first child, she decided to become an instructor to share her love for Zumba, connect with others, and stay fit.  She works hard on keeping her classes positive and beginner-friendly.  Her goal is for you to leave her class feeling good about yourself and with a smile on your face.

When she's not moving to the Zumba dance moves, she is spending time with her husband and sweet son.
