At Blissful Energy, we love new students!  If you have not worked out before or if you have gotten away from your fitness routine, give us a call!  We want to make sure that we match you with the right class and instructor so that you get the most out of your class.

Our relaxed environment is perfect for both the beginner and the experienced.  If you don't have a mat, don't worry!  We have one waiting for you.

We have a charming boutique so that you can pick up a tie-dyed shirt, a candle or some fun jewelry on your way out.
