Yoga with Angelina
A practice of flow and grace, with a focus on strengthening, Angelina's Vinyasa classes provide a great foundational practice.

Gentle Yoga
Using a gentle approach, Lynn's class will help you stretch and regain balance.  If you aren't able to get down on the mat, we will provide a chair for you to sit in while you stretch and move into yoga poses.  Perfect for the beginner, seniors and students who want to experience a gentle class.

Power Yoga

Hatha Alignment

Hatha Yoga classes focuses on alignment and breath to bring comfort to the body.  Classes are gentle and focus on your needs as a student.  Beginners and people recovering from injuries are welcome.

Pi Yo  (Pilates Yoga Blend)

Combining the love of Pilates and Yoga, Angelina has developed this well-rounded class.  Experience a warm-up, core strengthening, yoga stretches and relaxation.  The best of both Pilates and Yoga!

Our Mat Pilates classes offer a focus on core strengthening, targeting the abs, back, and gluts.  Using hand weights and straps, we create a high-energy, fun class.  Modified push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches are woven throughout this efficient workout.
